Returns Policy

Our policy is simple. If you're not 100% totally and utterly satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it! Your satisfaction is our top priority. Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days (If its over 30 days still let us know, we may be able to give you store credit). Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons we can only accept returns for un-used (and sometimes un-opened) items. We cannot accept returns on used products. Even if you only used it once and washed it out. No exceptions! If for some reason, you were unhappy with your purchase, please let us know ASAP. If the return is due to Andrewsheadshop.com's mistake (wrong product/Defective/piece missing), we will send you a prepaid shipping label. The only thing you have to do is drop it off.

We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. However, if for some reason you were unhappy with your purchase, please let us know ASAP. Please check all items prior to use, once used they are unable to be returned for any reason. If you decide to return an item, be sure to package it the same way it arrived so that it does not break on the way back to us. It is recommended all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, Andrewsheadshop.com cannot offer you a refund. Please do not just send your item in and expect a refund.

To initiate a return you must get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You can get this by calling us at 929-265-2039 (We also accept text messages) or by sending an email to Support@Andrewsheadshop.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and a copy of your receipt and order number in the body. If you can not locate your receipt please call or text us and we will try to find it for you. If we are unable to find it, unfortunately we can not issue you a return =( Returns will not be accepted unless you receive an RMA from us. Again, please do not just send your item in and expect a refund.

Once the item has been inspected and approved for return, a full refund for the purchase price will be given. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees incurred on upgraded shipping options for your return.

If an item goes on sale within 12 days of the order ship date refunds will be issues at the presale rate. If it has been more than 12 days you will be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@Andrewsheadshop.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line (be sure to include a basic explanation) or call 929-265-2039
