What if my package gets lost?

Every shipment is issued a tracking number which is sent directly to you as soon as we receive it. If you do not receive your package let us know by either contacting support@andrewsheadshop.com with the subject “lost” or by calling (929)-265-2039 and we’ll look into it for you.

How do I return something?

We have very simple and straight forward return and exchange policy. You will need to contact customer support. You can view the full policy and instructions here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc). Acceptance of PayPal and Bit Coin are coming soon!

Do you accept PayPal?

Pay Pal’s terms of use does not allow for the purchase of many of our products. We are in talks of working around this. Information will be posted on the cart page.

All of our packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes or in shipping carrier branded boxes.

What’s The Deal With Sales Tax?

If you live in New York, then yes unfortunately we must charge you sales tax. We are not required to charge you sales tax except in very specific situations. Due to the agreements with some of our vendors, when you purchase one of their items we must also charge you tax. However this is a rare situation.

Do you require a signature on your packages?

We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion due to security concerns. If you are underage, DO NOT order with us. We take fraud and underage orders very seriously, and are obligated to report all credit card fraud to the authorities. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE. WE WILL FLAG YOUR ORDER.
