After months of painstaking tests, CVault determined that the humidity range for optimum storage fell somewhere between the 58% and 64% range. With this in mind, they worked with Boveda/Humidipak® to develop a packet with an impressive plus or minus 1% degree of variance. This packet was then set to 62% and honed to work with the design of the CVault containers themselves. CVault's tests concluded that 90% of the products predicted to be stored in a curing and storage container would most strongly benefit from 62% humidity. CVault also recognized that the Boveda/Humidipak® packet would flourish in a top-of-the-line container that could lock in moisture adeptly. They set to work crafting an airtight container of lightweight yet rugged stainless steel, capable of blocking unwanted light from sensitive contents.
